1. How can I place an order?
To place an order, browse our perfume collection, select the product you love, and click “Add to Cart.” Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details. You can also reach out on WhatsApp for quick assistance.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:

- Cash on Delivery (COD)
3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days in most areas of Pakistan. Some remote areas may take a little longer.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 3,000. Orders below this amount will include a standard delivery charge.
5. Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Yes, we offer a 15-days return or exchange policy. The perfume must be 90% full, in its original packaging, and returned with the box. Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your perfume arrives damaged or incorrect, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it at no additional cost.
7. Are your perfumes long-lasting?
Absolutely! Our perfumes are formulated to be long-lasting, using high-quality fragrance oils.
8. Are your products authentic?
We create our own original Luxe Look perfumes, uniquely crafted and branded. We do not sell fake or replica products.
