Free Delivery in Karachi:
For our valued customers in Karachi, LuxeLook is pleased to offer free delivery on all orders. Once your order is placed, our team will process it promptly, and you can expect to receive your exquisite LuxeLook perfumes within 4-5 business days.
Delivery to Other Cities:
For customers residing outside Karachi, we offer reliable delivery services across Pakistan. A standard delivery fee of PKR 200 will apply to all orders. The estimated delivery time for cities outside Karachi is between 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Rest assured, we work with trusted courier partners to ensure that your LuxeLook fragrances reach you safely and in a timely manner.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. We strive to dispatch your products as quickly as possible, ensuring that they arrive in perfect condition.
Returns Policy
At LuxeLook, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Returns:
- Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and seals intact. Perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@luxelook.pk within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product was damaged during delivery or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your LuxeLook order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@luxelook.pk with your order details and photos of the damaged or incorrect product. We will resolve the issue promptly by either sending a replacement or processing a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
